Long-Term Investment. A successful entrepreneur must be patient and should focus only on what is coming next instead of where the company should go. It may take 2 to 10 years to experience overnight success. An Entrepreneur should pause, stop and plan on a quarterly basis.
Find People and Manage Them. As an entrepreneur you can build a scalable company by learning how to leverage your employees, your vendors or other resources you have. You need to join the network of the right people. All these resources will give entrepreneurs a guarantee of honesty and timely feedback from all these sources.
You Must Sell. An entrepreneur is a sales person whether he wants to be or not. He is either selling his ideas, services or products to some customers, employees or investors. he must be ready to sell when customers are ready to buy.
